The Association for Smart Regulation, LLC. has been established because we want Florida to be a civil society guided by the equally applied rule of law, so there needs to be state laws and that for these laws to be implemented for the greater good of society while protecting individual freedoms, which are recognized and guaranteed to all under the U.S. Constitution; there must be smart, but limited regulation to implement these laws; and that the only way to accomplish this is through agencies that understand their limited role to implement the law without going overboard and unduly harming the citizens from whom all their authority is derived from.
The recognition that there is a growing number of individuals whom have unfortunately suffered undue harm from the effects of regulatory overreach from multiple jurisdictions and agencies penalizing them, often because of a single infraction is why The Association for Smart Regulation, LLC., at www.smartregulation.org was born; to join together the individual voices that alone seem like a whisper into a chorus, all loudly demanding to reign in the excesses of the agencies we entrust.
