Individuals, business owners and concerned citizens throughout Florida are joining the Association for Smart Regulation to stand together for freedom and a correction in the size and scope of agencies that have distorted their limited statutory role. Monitor, report and STOP regulatory abuses
Defend your rights and your ability to make a living
Stop practice of turning inadvertent civil regulatory violators into Felons
Collect and analyze agency data to show true costs and benefits of activities
Ensure regulatory agencies do not act as agents for criminal law enforcement
