The Association for Smart Regulation LLC will work for the benefit of our members, non-members, individuals, small business owners and Florida itself by utilizing the structures within all three branches of the government. Sometimes, this may mean we will find cases that we believe to be egregious examples of regulatory over-reach and in these limited, but specific cases we may call on our members and our combined resources to support filing suit and pursuing legal remedy with the Courts. In these instances, we will clearly identify the excessive action(s) by the agency involved and summary of facts and law that we believe justify this type of action.

When justice is denied we, all lose, and action must be swift to stop excessive, or undue harm from occurring. In a civil society, punishment for violating civil regulation should be corrective, and educative, a lesson of sorts, but it should not cause destruction. If it does, judicial advocacy is needed to stop the action.
